Textbook Return Policy
- All textbooks in original condition may be returned during the first 7 days of Fall and Spring terms.
- After the first week of Fall and Spring Terms, textbooks in original condition may be returned within the next 5 days for credit issued in the form of a University Bookstore gift card. After that, a 1 day policy applies.
- All textbooks in original condition may be returned during the first 3 days of Summer Session classes. After that, a 1 day policy applies.
- Receipt is required.
- Textbooks are not returnable the last 2 weeks of the term.
- Textbooks for two-day classes are not returnable.
- After the deadline, textbooks may be sold back at the current buyback value.
Non-Textbook Return Policy
- Merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Bookstore receipt is required.
Non-Returnable
- computer hardware products. Manufacturer's warranties apply.
- opened packages of prewrapped materials
- dissection kits
- special orders
- personal items
- perishable food items
- study aids, audio books, books with CD's or tapes
- magazines and newspapers
- telephone calling cards
- technical pens and nibs
- art boards, paper, and markers
- shipping and handling charges
