Bookstore Charge Account

Matriculated Syracuse University and ESF students may open a Bookstore Charge account. You will not be charged interest if you pay your Bookstore Charge account balance on the due date. For those who prefer to extend payments over time, an APR of 16% finance charge is applied. Bookstore Charge accounts are subject to a maximum credit limit of $4,000.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and cash for purchases.

Matriculated students who wish to open a Bookstore charge account can download the Retail Installment Agreement. Applications are also available in the Credit Department on the upper level of the Schine Student Center Bookstore.

Read, sign, and date the agreement. If you are under 21 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign and date the agreement as well.
Mail the agreement to us and a copy will be returned to you with our acknowledgement, subject to approval.

When your account has been approved your student identification card (photo SU I.D.) will be encoded for use as the Bookstore charge card.
